Gillian started†The 2 Day Diet†because she knew her weight was creeping up. Although only 15 pounds overweight, Gillian wanted to get down to a healthy weight and stay there. She wanted a diet that didn't involve special food or lots of planning, was simple enough to fit into her busy working life and still meant that she could go out for dinner with friends at the weekend.
